Woo-hoo, I knew you'd give in eventually ;) I'd say Brighton, but only because I had such a great race there. I would second Hels with Amsterdam, knowing what a great time you had in Den Haag, and just how flat it is AND it should be cooler. I will look forward to following your progress.

Brighton was great, but the heat was an issue and although the hills aren't terrible, there are a couple of climbs and the "power station" was soul destroying.
